Steel Works is made up of a small, hands-on team focused on rebar fabrication and steel reinforcement services. Each person brings a specific set of skills to the shop, from fabrication itself to project coordination and client communication. We keep our team structure straightforward, which helps us respond quickly when questions or scheduling changes come up.
Billie Brazil — Founder
Billie Brazil founded Steel Works with a focus on bringing careful, detail-oriented rebar fabrication to construction projects across Virginia. Billie oversees the overall direction of the company and stays involved in maintaining the standards the shop is built around.
Jordan Ellis — Fabrication Lead
Jordan oversees the day-to-day fabrication process, from reviewing specifications to coordinating the shop floor. With a background in structural steelwork, Jordan focuses on keeping accuracy consistent across every order.
Morgan Reyes — Project Coordinator
Morgan manages scheduling and communication between the shop and the contractors we work with. This role involves tracking orders closely so that fabrication timelines align with project needs on site.
